Position: Platform Engineer ? DevOps

Job Description:
· Working with the clients implement technical platforms and programs
for the best project results
· Document and execute procedures/scripts for testing and
configuration of systems on Windows or Linux-based platforms hosted on servers
or private Cloud.
· Assist end-users by resolving computer system issues, including
programming and malfunctioning of systems.
· Install, update and maintain computer systems and programs
· Carry features and new capabilities through the full product
lifecycle with agility? ideation to production (agile)
· Engage with clients, creative teams, and management
Skill Set:
· 5-8 years of related work experience in Software configuration and
DevOps using Chef.
· Hands-on scripting (Linux / Win PowerShell) experience, working
with on-premise, SaaS, and PaaS environments using VMWare, Citrix, and AWS.
· Implement new features and capabilities with the agility and manage
asset life-cycle through enterprise tools like ServiceNow CMDB.
· Added advantage to have following skills – Web Security (SSL
Certificates), Thin clients, SSO, and e-signatures.
· The ability to articulate complex technical solutions and be able
to solve limitations of different platforms while still knowing how to reach
end goals
· The ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical
clients, colleagues, and partners.
· Problem-solving prowess based on past experiences, industry
insight, and research into new solutions.
· Ability to work side by side with business, technical engineers
(DB, Network, InfoSec, Cloud, Quality Compliance, and Documentation) and
vendors to bring the different talents and disciplines together to achieve a
common objective.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including writing
experience with business proposals, technical documents, and user documentation
· The ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects and to apply
high development and quality standards among colleagues and partners
