Title: Business Analyst (SAP Success Factors)
How you will contribute:
– Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
– Partner with the business teams to evaluate and articulate technical
requirements and identify impact, risk and benefit of alternative solutions
– Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, designing and
developing systems and processes and procedures that are cost effective and
meet user requirements.
– Become a process and subject matter expert.
– Configure system settings (primarily with SAP SuccessFactors) and
options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and
creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
– Create test metrics, test plans, identify regression tests and
partners with QA for system, integration and regression tests.
– Provide 3rd level post implementation support to business users with a
strong client service.
What you?ll need to succeed:
– Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in the HR
domain.
– Must have hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors especially with
the modules of Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding
– Technical experience with SAP HCI is preferred
– Should be a self-starter and be able to work in a fast-paced
environment with a dynamic workload and constantly changing priorities
– Extensive experience interpreting user needs and writing functional
specifications for new systems, systems changes and/or system enhancements
– High aptitude for interpreting technical documentation as well as
authoring or updating documents including help desk run books and training
documentation
– Possess a strong attention to detail; superior follow-up skills and be
result oriented with effective oral / written communications ability.
– Ability to self-manage multiple projects within tight timeframes and
dynamic priorities
– Demonstrates ability to effectively work both independently and within
cross functional project teams
– Have an attitude to think outside the box, question the obvious and
open to learn and work on multiple systems
– Able to effectively present complex solutions to technical and
non-technical staff at all levels of the organization. Effective at
building consensus across the organization.
– Being technically creative with the ability to efficiently manage
multiple tasks.
– Proficient in general IT (database, security, networking) concepts.
