Recruiter / People Experience Coordinator

About the Role: As the Recruiter & People Experience Coordinator, you will lead with management the recruitment, selection, hiring and onboarding of Caregivers to deliver Premium care to our Clients. The ideal candidate will understand how vital it is to develop a continuous pipeline of talent to meet the demands of a new, growing agency, and ensuring all new team members have the very best onboarding experience possible.

Education and Experience Requirements:
•Experience recruiting a high volume and fast growth environment
•Minimum three years progressive management experience in recruiting related field
•Intentional organization, planning, time management and multitasking skills
•Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite: Gmail, drive, docs, calendar
•Familiarity with Hireology and Hire Care ATS and HRIS platforms preferred (but not required)
•Ability to utilize internal/external networks
•Capable of sourcing candidates where as owners may not be able to do so
•Ability to multitask
•Capable of working in two office locations, Cypress/Irvine
•Must work with multiple owners
•Excellent organization and communication skills•
Bilingual in Spanish
