Role- Salesforce lead developer/ SFDC LEAD

Location- Remote

Job Description-

Minimum 8 years of Salesforce development experience in Salescloud.
Deep understanding of Salesforce concepts and best practices.
Ability to understand business need and recommend the use of OOTB
capabilities, Apex, LWC to meet business requirement.
Experience in working in support model and co-ordinating with
Offshore team.
Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce production issues and implement a
permanent solution rather than Data fix to address the issue.
Very strong communication skills as this role requires direct
communication with end users.
Should have hands on development experience with Apex, Visual Force,
building Lightning Web Component, thorough understanding of configurations.
Experience on Community Cloud.
Demonstrate ability to gather requirements, including: problem
definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis on complex
projects spanning multiple stakeholder communities. Must be able to coach
team through this process.
Experience in working with Marketing tools like Marketo, Snapengage,
Outreach.
Experience on Copado deployment process is an addon.
