Director of Nursing Services (DNS / DON) Requirements:

· Policy and Procedures

· QAPI

· Staffing and recruiting

· HR as it relates to LTC

· F tags

· Budgets for the Nursing Department

· Complaint Resolution

· Candidates should be able to present proven history of leadership, systems management, knowledge of the regulations governing long-term care

· Minimum three years of experience strongly encouraged

· A current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing is required.

· Our Company follows WA Proclamation 21.14.1 which requires all employees working in the Health Care Setting must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless they are exempt for medical and religious reasons, no later than October 18, 2021.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Submission Summary):

1. Candidates should be able to present proven history of leadership, systems management, knowledge of the regulations governing long-term care

2. Minimum three years of experience strongly encouraged
