Performance Tester

Job Title: Performance Tester with Neoload

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Remote till Covid).

Job Description:

Required Skills/Experience

Need an experienced performance tester with knowledge on Neoload tool
scripting and execution

Should have experience in Testing Automation Testing and Performance Testing
of at least 5 -6 years

Load Stress testing

Should define develop and execute Performance Testing strategy for large
programs in the distributed environment

Analyze results provide recommendations and share reports

Should have experience in E2E performance testing for assigned projects

Should have experience with NFR management and extrapolation strong knowledge
of performance engineering concepts

Should have experience in all aspects of performance testing including test
planning documentation execution defect management and reporting

Should be proficient in analyzing performance test results and working with
technical teams to resolve bottlenecks

Should be able to prepare high level scenario identification automate test
cases that verify functional Nonfunctional test scenarios

Should have experience and ability to design and execute effective automated
functional tests

Should have Domain P&C Insurance knowledge

Should have experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams to
deliver software development projects

Should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders to perform
business analysis and produce relevant acceptance criteria

Should have experience identifying the genesis of a defect using de bugging
tools

Should have understanding on Agile development practices
