Business Analyst with Healthcare Insurance Industry exp (Remote/Work
from Home position)
12+ months extendable contract
Skills/Education/Experience needed:
– Must have HealthCare Payor experience
– MUST have strong experience with creating Epics in Agile.
– Candidates who worked at HCSC previously OR have solid healthcare
Payor/blues experience will be considered first.
– 7+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis and/or
testing background.
– Experience & ability to elicit, document, analyze and verify
requirements into Project Requirements Document or Use Cases, Epics, User
Stories.
– Strong Experience in business process analysis, Workflow, task
analysis, user acceptance testing and requirements analysis.
– Experience in accurately modeling requirements using at least one if
not more of the following: Functional Decomposition, Data Flow Diagrams,
User Context Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Decision Needs, Workflow
modeling, Use Cases, Use Case Model Survey and Use Case Specification,
Process Modeling, Prototyping
– Experience with SDLC methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) or
demonstrated knowledge of business processes related to the business area
supporting.
– Excellent communications & interpersonal skills including the ability
to build consensus and agreement and bring resolution to contentious issues
and entrenched interests.
– Extensive experience with MS Office software such as Word, Excel,
VISIO, and Power Point.
