Basic Qualifications:
Required around 10 years of object-oriented programming experience
Required 5+ years of recent C++ experience
Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions, such as friend classes
Familiarity with templating in C++
Knowledge of the latest C++11 standard
Familiarity with system call wrapper library functions
Knowledge of component data sheets and specifications
Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests
Proficient understanding of code versioning toolssuch TFS and GitHub.
Experience producing technical designs for software applications
Must exhibit good judgment in decision making.
Able to troubleshoot complex systems including hardware and software systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Retail experience, especially in the Convenience Store industry and Point of Sale (POS) systems
HTML5 experience,
Linux experience,
XML, XSL,
C#, .NET,
