NIGHT WORKING/SUPERVISOR FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES OPEN POSITION –
Image Property Services is a Commercial Cleaning Company that is hiring for NIGHT SHIFT AREA SUPERVISOR. This is for a full-time position (40 hours weekly) with the availability of working a flexible schedule during NIGHT time, SUNDAY – THURSDAY on an 8 + hours shift also able to be on call for weekends AND Holidays if needed– (SUNDAY’S SHIFT IS DURING THE DAY).

Must have janitorial cleaning experience, supervising experience, BILINGUAL is a MUST. Also must be FLEXIBLE ON SCHEDULE and please have your own reliable transportation. We also require to have a Driver License (MVR will be expedited), must pass a Background Check and Drug Screening test if needed, as well as E-VERIFY.
Task involves will be;
Overseeing other employees to make sure they’re doing their job properly, your duties can vary depending on how many accounts you supervise. Your nightly tasks may include:
ABOUT THE JOB
Overseeing clock in/out on all employees
Monitoring inventories
Making sure target goals are achieved
Ensuring the cleaning scope of work runs smoothly at each account
Training janitorial staff
Organizing the warehouse
Monitoring time-sheets
Ensuring the work gets completed on a nightly basis
Employees inquiries
Resolving complaints
Completing work orders
Communication night to night basis between day and night management.
Able to lift at least 25lb
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ Years of Janitorial and Supervising experience
Bilingual — English and Spanish
Available to work 5 or more days a week
Available to pass a background check
Valid Driver license
Available to work on night shift
Available to work Weekends and Holidays
