Should be open to work in the US EST hours
Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Experience and Skills:
– 3- 7 years of US IT recruiting experience in hiring candidates for W2,
contract-to-hire and contract positions.
– Must be well-versed with complete US Recruitment lifecycle
– Identify potential candidates through the use of professional network,
Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals and
other traditional and non-traditional networking, etc.
– Search and qualify potential candidates through recruiting calls
screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training,
technical skills, salary requirements and negotiation.
– Ability to understand technical skills and latest
– Proficient to work with H1B, TN Visa, EAD, Green Card and US Citizens.
– Exposure on various tax-terms like – C2C, W2, 1099.
– Familiarity in Job-Posting and managing portals like, dice, monster,
career builder and social networking sites.
– Build networks of candidates to accommodate for current and future
client demands
