Must Have Skills: Store Systems/IBM POS Support Background
Desired Skills: Toshiba 4690 POS, Production Support, Project Management
and leading
The project aims for proving support to client?s day-to-day operations of
the Toshiba 4690 POS system and store controllers. The ideal candidate
needs to work both at lead level and as an individual contributor. It
required to have Toshiba 4690 POS Technical knowledge troubleshooting the
POS and must support any issues in the Store Controllers and the respective
Store Systems
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
– Facilitate key workshops & meetings with business /IT / vendors
– Action & Risk Log – creation and maintenance
– Responsible for tracking/reporting project status, handling
escalations
– Weekly Project Status Reports & Monthly?Status?Reports
– Go-Live sign off?oversight including handover checklist creation and
maintenance
– Working with external vendors to obtain deliverables and plan for
deploying them at stores
– Work on Incidents, Requests, Problems and Enhancements created in the
Store Systems application areas
– Maintain Production and Non-Production environments for all Store
Systems application areas
– Provide timely resolution of issues with documented notes on the cause
and resolution
– Perform daily/routine tasks charted by the application maintenance
management team
