Senior Data Analytics / Reporting Analys

Projects the candidate will be working on:

The Senior Analyst will be assigned to a critical legal/litigation
project where they will be performing all data reporting and analysis
associated with the project

Team and Team size:

This position will be a part of a large working team.
The team consists of 27 members

Top Responsibilities:

Access various databases and source systems to pull and scrub raw
data
Use raw data to develop final reports and analytics for business
partners and legal council
Make complex joins between different types of data sets (claims,
appeals, calls, etc.)
Analyze client requirements and complex business scenarios
Act as a project manager to execute on key litigation projects and
deliverables
Provide consulting to teammates, leaders, and business partners
Display critical thinking & question the status quo.

Software tools/skills:

The following are reporting software tools that we currently utilize
on our team and will be be key for the success of this role: SQL, SSIS,
Alteryx, Tableau, SSRS, ETL, Microsoft Office, to name a few.

Skills/attributes:

Preferred candidates will have background with health care data,
specifically understanding of claims, appeals, grievances, complaints, and
call center type data.
Candidate must be a critical thinker, innovator, ability to analyze
client requirements and solve complex business scenarios.
Ability to interface and communicate well with business partners is
a must
