Job description:
Primary Skills SalesForce Healthcloud
? Collaborate / Liaison with Technical Architects to build project specific
architecture and design solutions architecture solutions involving Salesforce
? Participate in the Detailed Technical Design for a solution based on the
requirements gathered and provided High Level design for development and
delivery of Salesforce solutions.
? Work with Business Analysts, Product Owner, Product Manager, Process
Consultant and Subject Matter Experts to analyze business requirements and
explore the feasibility of solution and design on Salesforce
? Understand software sizing and help on Estimation
? Leading, mentoring and teaching best practices for implementing Salesforce
Solutions
? Provide detailed design Salesforce component fitment to Problems Statement.
? Review of Configuration and Customization Components including Code review
for development
? Take part in solution development activities using Out Of Box Salesforce
feature to configure and help guidance on customization feature using
Visualforce, Apex and Salesforce Lightening Web Components on
Salesforce.
? Participate in developing code, component Deployment activities along with
trouble shooting and fixing of issues/defects during and after the solution
development.
? Adherence to Process, Security Guidelines and Health Care Compliance on
Salesforce Solution Development
? Act as Liaison between Development team and Product Manager for business
Communications.
? Review Testing related activities and assist Tester in testing implemented
requirements.
? Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements. Understand the
IT & Business desired outcomes
Recommend on out of box vs customizations required Recommend the technical
approach to be followed for Epics/Features
