Required Experience:

Proficient in designing solutions with Genesys Framework and Components.
Expert knowledge on Genesys Pure Engagement on Premise
Expert Knowledge on Email, Chat Architecture and flows
Expert Knowledge of Voice Architecture and Call flow using Genesys Components
Candidate should be ready to work in onshore-offshore model.
Candidate should be ready to handle a team of other developers
Desired Experience:

Knowledge on Genesys Pure Cloud Desired
Knowledge on Genesys Cx Contact
Genesys eServices with iWD Intelligent Workload distributor experience
Knowledge on ORS Voice Architecture
