Must Have Skills:
Must have strong ABAP Experience with HCM as core area of experience
Knowledge of enterpriselevel applications including ERP, 5 years
Functional knowledge of SAP HCM, Success Factors, 5 years
Nice to have skills:
Experienced in business process study and gap analysis, business process reengineering, process integration and mapping, designing, functional specification prototyping, testing, training, and cutover and change management activities
Detailed Job Description:

Must have strong ABAP Experience with HCM as core area of experience
Knowledge of enterprise-level applications including ERP, 5 years Functional knowledge of SAP HCM, Success Factors, 5 years HCM Functional using SAP in a professional environment, 5 years Assist functional team with technical direction to design high quality solutions
Provide solid, error free and efficient technical solutions with the minimum of management supervision
Working knowledge of the HR Cluster tables
Minimum years of experience: 5+

Certifications Needed: Yes

Write business requirements, design documents and error free coding
Provide support to functional team to identify the issue and resolution
