Job Description:
· Minimum of 12 years work experience with SAP consulting and customizing in
LES-WM,
· Sound experience in SAP WM / MM / Inventory Control
· Good understanding of contract logistics processes
· Experience in design and customizing in SAP WM
· Experience in Business Blueprinting as Lead Consultant
· Several years’ work experience in SAP projects for Logistics, Warehouse
Management preferred in large/global organizations
· Beneficial certification in SAP modules LES-WM, SAP EWM
· Personality profile: possesses integrity, uses initiative, has commitment,
self-reliant, flexible, ability to work under pressure, is persistent,
assertive, emphasis on a quality delivery, willing to travel (10% of time),
strategic mindset
· Interpersonal skills: strong communication skills with teams and project
members and suppliers
· People leadership: sound judgment, coaching/mentoring, able to evaluate
staff, and assign tasks according to their skills (for stream lead roles in
projects)
· Problem solving analysis and structuring of complex issues, flair for
pragmatic solutions, priority setting
· Languages: Fluent English, oral & written.
