? Experience in OIM implementation
? Experience working in IAM domain, preferably in a large enterprise set up
? Self-motivated with high problem solving skills
? Work on ServiceNow tickets maintain SLTs with other team members
? Monitor the mail box for email requests
? Maintain the current production environment and pro-actively monitor the
KPIs
? Be part of on-call rotation roaster
? Continuously monitor and ensure compliance of provisioning workflows
