Detailed Job Description:
Encompass Support Admin ,
Encompass Support Analyst ,
Reporting to the Manager of LOS Administration and Development,
the Encompass Support Analyst maintains the settings, understands and manages the processes, and implements change/enhancement requests in their assigned applications.
With guidance from management and more senior system admins, the Encompass Support Analyst will learn their assigned application(s) and become the initial point of contact for all issues, changes, and requests related to that application.
Top responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
Reporting to the Manager of LOS Administration and Development
Support & maintains the settings, understands and manages the processes,
Implements change/enhancement requests in their assigned applications
Should become the initial point of contact for all issues, changes, and requests related to that application
Minimum years of experience : 5+
