Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to provide technical support for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in Alexandria, VA.
Qualified candidates will be expected to:
Assist with identifying corrections and needed additions to:
Patent Application Locating & Monitoring (PALM) troubleshooting documentation, including manuals, Helpful Hints and the PALM troubleshooter website.
Recommends system and process improvements/enhancements.
Position Requirements:
US Citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active Public Trust designation.
Associate Degree
Two (2) years’ experience performing Technology application troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Technology troubleshooting certification.
Position located in Alexandria, VA.
