The Client
The client is a fast-paced startup that helps people with pre-Alzheimer’s, not develop Alzheimer’s Disease. They reverse pre-Alzheimer’s, improve cognitive function and guarantee results through all-inclusive, personalized, medical and lifestyle programs. They offer full-service solutions for qualified clients and a plug and play operating system for their medical partners. The company’s proprietary technology platform provides the missing piece to scaling complex chronic disease reversal programs. They have been previously published for their results in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease and Parkinsonism.
The Gig
The client is looking for a SAAS applications analyst who will be implementing, documenting, managing, and monitoring the company’s SAAS applications used to run the company’s day to day business operations. The candidate will be responsible for user management, integration of SAAS applications, and development and management of various reports across marketing, sales, finance, and client operations functions. He/She should be an advanced spreadsheet user and have a basic level of programming and IT management experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in startup companies. The candidate is someone with strong leadership skills and operates from a proactive vs. reactive mindset.
A Day in the Life
Provisioning and de-provisioning of users within the company’s SAAS applications.
Monitoring, identifying, and resolving day to day issues within the company’s systems.
Creating and integrating custom reports using spreadsheets and BI tools.
Managing the company’s end-user computing assets (Apple, Windows).
Documenting and maintaining IT process flows, data structures, and operational procedures.
Working with the Development team on release management and production monitoring
Implementing and monitoring the security of data, network access, and backup systems for HIPAA and SOC2 compliance.
Requirements include:
Noise-canceling headset
High speed and reliable internet
Updated PC or laptop running Windows 10, Mac OS, or Linux
A quiet and comfortable workspace
Minimum Internet speed of 10Mbps
Digitally savvy and a tech enthusiast, willing to try and learn new platforms
A backup Internet connection and computer
At least 3 professional references (including written testimonials from most recent managers/supervisors) who are not colleagues, friends, or family members
Government-issued ID
Police clearance or certification

What you’ve done before.
Experience working with startup companies
Experience in working in the healthcare industry is a major plus
Computer science background (BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field)
Strong background in:
Google Sheets/MS Excel (advanced)
GSuite Administration
Zapier
Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)
Slack
Management of Windows 10 and MAC OS (laptops)
Experience in the following is a plus:
PowerBI or Tableau
Airtable
Wix
Asana
Slack
Online forms (JotForm, Typeform, Formstack)
Pipedrive
ActiveCampaign
Experience working in an Agile environment is a bonus
