Required Qualifications
2+ years of concrete or trades experience (preferred)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must have strong communications skills and experience working with customers
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates
Able to pass pre-employment screenings (Eligible to work in the United States)
Must be willing to work flexible shift hours and day, afternoon as well as overtime hours with little notice (some jobs will push over 40 hours)
Able to start as soon as possible

Responsibilities
Works within a team structure to achieve Company and department goals
Strictly adheres to policies regarding attendance and punctuality
Keeps work area neat and clean and follows all established safety guidelines
Performs installations as assigned by Production Manager and represent in a professional manner when on site
Performs additional duties related to specific area assignment
