Job Summary · Place outbound calls and receive inbound calls; interact with medical offices, healthcare providers and administrators to verify the accuracy of provider data. · Responsible for entering up-to-date data for each provider · Maintain confidentiality of provider information. · Follow-up calls where necessary · 40 hrs/week . · Regular Day shift/Telecommuting(have high speed internet access and a personal computer with windows 10 and 8GB memory) ·
