Set up vacuum forming machines, molds, tooling, jigs, and fixtures for sample and production runs.
Start up and cycle molds according to documented standard process.
Troubleshoot and correct issues with process, machines, and auxiliary equipment in real-time.
Document and report process and equipment problems and changes.
Monitor cycle times and part quality.
