Manufacturer of thermoformed plastic products seeks Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations. This facility is principally a combination of Heavy Gauge, Pressure Forming, Vacuum Forming machines producing aerospace, medical, and industrial plastic parts.
Duties:
Provide leadership and direction to mechanics, setup technicians and operators on several production lines.
Establish and execute production plan based on requirements.
Develop, implement and lead a Continuous Improvement program to ensure corporate success.
Maintain compliance to specifications & standards required by customers and regulatory agencies.
