Process Technician – Thermoforming – Chicopee, MA

Manufacturer of thin-walled plastic components seeking individual with process experience in plastic thermoforming environments.

Shall:

Set up machines for new production runs.

Load dies for new runs.

Align dies with shims to bring tooling to sheet height.

Break down, clean, maintain and store dies.

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in plastics industry.

Familiarity with industrial vacuum forming and thermoforming equipment.

Ability to perform six or more tooling changeovers per shift.

Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic principles.

Days and nights available.

Starting compensation up to $80,000 with full benefits for medical, dental, vision and prescription. PTO for personal days, sick days and vacations; paid holidays. Company paid training program and tuition reimbursement for continued education.
