Coordinate Measuring Machine Operator – Programmer – Arlington Heights, IL

Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines in a facility producing high precision, close tolerance metal and plastic components.

Activities:

Create and edit dimensional inspection programs for CMMs.

Conduct CMM inspections of product components, gages or tooling.

Prepare reports on inspection results, including deviations or defects.

Requirements:

3+ years hands-on CMM programming or operating experience.

Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), able to apply GD&T analysis.
