Seeking highly experienced controls engineer to support custom packaging equipment design projects.
Provide electrical and controls design and development support during initial equipment conceptual development and balance product specifications, process requirements, layout complexity, cost, and lead-time limits.
Create electrical schematics using CAD software.
Lay out new industrial electrical control panels and manage electrical panel build.
Design, write, and debug HMI and PLC programs, generating code that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable, and reusable.
Generate HMI screens for complex machinery.
Participate in system installation and startup at remote manufacturing facilities.
