Job Description:
5+ years of experience in the following:
· Front End development
· React, and also Angular
· HTML5
· CSS3
· Bootstrap
· Angular
· NodeJS
· JavaScript
· Responsive Design
Nice to have
· Docker
· Java Experience
· Spring / Spring boot
Responsibilities:
· Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the
JavaScript object model
· Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles Experience with
popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
· Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript Experience with data
structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
· Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
· Familiarity with RESTful APIs Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms,
such as JSON Web Token
· Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
· Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc.
· Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN
· Provides guidance to front-end developers to offshore team members to ensure
development to standards
· Develop and implement front-end development standards practice, including
the structure, organization, and common libraries
· Works as a coach/player to identify solutions for problems in alignment with
best practices and go-forward application strategy
· Collaborate with UX and UI designers to build highly consumable UI style,
design, and pattern libraries that speed development
· Research, test, and implement new front-end development tools for testing
cross-browser and device compatibility to ensure design responsiveness and
compatibility true to original design
· Develop and implement standardized on boarding program for front-end
developers to expedite ramp up time of new associates
· Acts as an expert in front-end development languages, frameworks, tools, and
best practices
