Position: Jr. RPA Developer
Location: Boston, MA (Local to MA/NH/CT/RI)
Duration: Long Term Contract (12+ Months )
Major Responsibilities:
This is a Junior developer/BA background, the RPA experience with any of the
tools listed below is a plus, you can search nationally but must convert
without sponsorship
Important Skills
Technical ? RPA Development experience (ideally UiPath, but open to BluePrism
or Automation Anywhere)
Must Haves:
Experience working with process owners and business analysts to analyze,
standardize and optimize business processes, translate requirements into
functional/technical designs, and build robust technical solutions
Minimum 1-2 years of experience with in programming (.NET, Java, ETL, etc.)
Strong understanding of technology and architecture concepts
Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills
Experience with automated testing concepts and/or toolsPlus:
Hands-on RPA Development experience (ideally UiPATH)
Previous experience with a software configuration management system
(subversion, git, hub, cvs, chef, puppet, SCCM, etc.)Day to Day:The candidate
will be responsible for all aspects of implementing automation solutions from
requirements gathering and process documentation to development, testing and
deployment of RPA solutions. Responsibilities will include:
Support internal and external customers by developing, testing and
deploying automation solutions using UiPATH RPA
Work with customers to ensure that specifications are appropriately
detailed to allow proper workflow design
Develop and document the design of the automated workflow
Help maintain quality and organization of platform code and data
Participating in functional testing. Working with the business to document
changes to current business practices and assist in process re-engineering and
change management planning efforts
