Strong technical (hands on) and team leadership skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in designing, implementing and owning applications in production.
Experience leading team of engineers, resolving day to day developer queries
and road blocks.
Experience with data engineering using spark/flink will be a plus.
Good understanding of Agile delivery model.
The interviews will focus on technical conversations, coding interview
(mandatory), and behavioral questions
