My name is Amy Cool, I am the President of the local Chamber of Commerce in Princeton Missouri and co-owner with my husband, Paul, of three businesses. Paul, owned a dental laboratory for about 20 years from the mid 80’s to the early 200o’s. Paul has been out of the business for about a decade and we decided recently to launch a new lab, which we have now built and are ready to bring into operation.
Paul and I do a lot of work in our community. We are not looking for a situation where Paul is working a great deal at the bench. We are looking for an experienced technician to create appliances and train other technicians as the business grows, with Paul and my focus to be more on business development and growth management. We are very well known in our area and we expect to develop the business at a consistent pace, as our technician team develops.
The right person would be someone who is genuine, courteous, cares about and enjoys working with others, does very good aesthetic work and has solid experience in crown and bridge work. This person must be willing to relocate to Missouri.
Our lab is located right on beautiful Lake Paho, a 270 acre fishing lake outside of Princeton Missouri. Housing here is extremely affordable and the community is like a big family. There is a brand new school here, an indoor pool and gym facility as well as many local stores. The land is especially beautiful with rolling hills and a lot of timber. It is a prime area for hunting and fishing.
Salary will be a combination of hourly plus commission. For someone willing to help us train others and give leadership in the lab, we are willing to develop a very high income in a permanent situation.
