6 Months Contract
. They will be supporting multiple Salesforce applications built on
Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning.
Team and Team size:
. Part of a support team.
. 5 US based and 15 India based.
Top Responsibilities:
. Work escalated support tickets.
. Identify defects and root cause.
. Suggest solutions to defects. .
Software tools/skills:
. ServiceNow
. Salesforce
. GitHub.
Skills/attributes:
. 1 Yr Salesforce Dev Experience
. 3 Yr SQL Experience
. 5 Yr Application Support using ServiceNow or related ticket tracking
system
. On Call Experience
. Salesforce development experience.
