Must have a solid background in design of passive RF components including
military, commercial, and satellite applications. Must be able to apply
design techniques to operate over multiple octave bandwidths utilizing
construction techniques that include high end PC board design to control
impedance.
Experience with: RF test, computer simulation tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD,
CST, Ansoft Designer), MS Office, electromagnetic modeling tools. RF
mechanical packaging and processes. Strong technical skills, communication,
problem solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Mechanical and mathematics aptitude. Ability to verify your own designs and
mentor others. Knowledge of thin film sputtering, photolithography and
etching required.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a minimum of five
years’ experience in an RF/MW engineering role. Minimal travel required.
