REQUIRED SKILLS
• 2+ years of experience with Windows domain controllers, including Hyper-V, Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, and Group Policy in a managed network environment.
• 2+ years of experience with AD Connect, Exchange Online and other components of Microsoft 365
• 2+ years of experience in a Wide Area Network using site to site VPNs and remote access VPNs
• 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk environment supporting 70+ users utilizing the Zendesk service ticket process.
• 2+ years of experience with onsite and offsite backups
• 2+ years of experience monitoring network alerts
• 2+ years of experience in network antivirus
• 2+ years of experience with analog phone systems, phone programming, 66 blocks, relocating phone extensions, punch downs, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a consistent and documented fashion when setting up systems.
• Demonstrated ability to isolate and fully resolve technical issues.
• Ability to perform Windows tune-ups as well as hardware and software upgrades.
• Full understanding of user account security principles and password management.
• Full understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IP Address management, etc.
• Full understanding of laptop and desktop technology, including CPU, RAM, drive type, drive size, drive speed, cloning, etc.
NICE TO HAVE (But Not Required)
• Mitel MiCloud Connect VOIP telephony
• Ubiquiti camera systems
• Installation of CAT6 and CAT6A cabling
• RAID levels, including RAID6
• Fortiguard, Watchguard, etc.
• PowerShell
• Programming Canon MFPs
