Required skills & experience
1. Active Maryland LCPC or LCSW-C licensure.
2. Clinical supervisory status for all OMHC sites required.
3. Master’s degree in related field required.
4. Two years demonstrated previous clinical program supervision/management experience, preferably in a behavioral health environment.
5. Obtained specialized training in: CBT, Trauma Informed Care, Collaborative documentation.
