Industry leader seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer to resolve advanced service needs of various diagnostic imaging equipment.
Candidate should have experience with one or more of the following: Ultrasound; Radiography; X-Ray; Angiography; Computed Tomography (CT); Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI); Mammography; Molecular Imaging; Positron Emission Tomography (PET); Single-Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT), Radiopharmacy; pre-clinical imaging; fluoroscopy; breast tomosynthesis, etc.
Activities:
Own customer issues from dispatch of issue to resolution.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair activities on assigned equipment.
Lead communications with customers and serve as escalation point for service concerns.
Collaborate with regional support to define and implement corrective action plans to resolve escalated customer issues.
Market value-added services to key clients.
Required:
3+ years of experience servicing equipment in the Medical Devices or similar industry.
Associates degree or technical training in Electronics or similar field.
