Interact extensively with management and support personnel to develop, improve, and program instrumentation and controls that ensure the smooth operation of temperature-sensitive batch processes.
Will design, configure, and implement instrumentation and process controls, which include Batch Software, Programmable Logic Controllers and Human-Machine Interface packages. Will also evaluate documentation requirements, and assure that those requirements are met.

Temperature Controls
Slag Probes
Gas Analyzers
Samplers
Electrochemical Sensors
Pneumatics
Programmable Controllers
Actuators, Valves, etc.
