Position: Salesforce BA -Techno functional
Location: Seattle, WA
Type: Contract
SFDC Techno-functional BA with 4+ Years of experience for a role as Program
BA for multiple scrum teams within a train.
Coordinate among multiple teams to understand and define EPIC/ Feature and
create stories for delivery team. Collaborate with Product Owner to
understand the high level EPIC.
Discuss and derive features from EPICs to capture as features to be
discussed during PI planning.
Work with Architecture team to capture details around technical
features/enabler to be delivered to support functional features.
Work with AD and QA team for feature grooming and facilitate story creation.
Work with business and facilitate UAT and Test Strategy creation.
Needs to have excellent verbal and written communication.
To be able to work cross functionally with multiple teams onsite/ offshore.
Knowledge on Agile implementation process.
SFDC knowledge: Salesforce admin knowledge, data model, sharing and
security architecture, understanding of salesforce integration concepts
with legacy systems.
Knowledge on story grooming, functional analysis, story boarding, use case
scenario and user persona creation, process flow design.
Familiarity with RTC and SAFe a plus.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent, Master’s in Business
Administration preferred.
