Summary:
A strong Solution Manager expert with over 5 years as a Basis Admin for Client
to run their ChaRM, Monitoring, business Process Management, Project
management, License Management, Testing, integration with tools such as HP
Quality Center and other testing software. Should be good defining Best
Practices and process within SOLMAN
Qualifications:
· 5+ Years doing configuration with Solution Manager ? ideally experience with
Solution Manager 7.1 and 7.2
Responsibilities:
· Must be able to take requests and complete them for routine work ? Adding to
list fields, changing status on requirements, helping pin point performance
issues, upload requirements with the batch job as needed, etc.
· The resource must be able to follow instructions and understand how Business
Requirements works for all the lists that are defined by but they the team.
· 5 years experiences as SAP Solution Manager and extensive experience in
SOLMAN 7.2 especially around Requirements module.
· Ability to do configuration, security setup such as establish roles and
create reports
· Technical knowledge around all of the Solution Manager applications ? ChaRM,
Monitoring, business Process Management, Project management, License
Management, Testing, integration with tools such as HP Quality Center and other
testing software.
· Best Practice knowledge on best practices in using all of the Solution
Manager applications
· Ability to work with IT and the business to establish processes and
procedures for using all of the Solution Manager Applications
Strong Communication Skills:
· Excellent communication skills required
· Able to work and communicate clearly with diverse group of people to reach a
census on how the tool needs to be used
· Good written communication skills ? able to document meetings, develop
processes and procedures
· Cross train others on the Solution Manager Solution
Overall strong knowledge of SAP Support process
· Able to effectively enter issues
· Able to effectively find information, best practices, etc.
Good Project Experience
· Experience using Solution Manager on projects and leveraging multiple
Solution Manager Applications
