Support Engineer11 Months Kansas City KS Description:Data Analytics and
Interpretation – L2 Production Support Analyst working on Retail Application
Support. The person is expected to have technical skills with 4 or more years?
experience around analytics. It being Production support role – will be
expected to work on incidents, bridge mgmt. Work on Elastic Search Kibana tool
& DB reports. Strong problem solving skills with good communication skills,
ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency. Looking for
someone who is proactive, self-driven and able to identify improvements as part
of the BAU work to address recurring issues, close monitoring gaps, and
automate/reduce manual work. Taking ownership of customer issues reported and
seeing problems through to resolution Responsible for the day-to-day
maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to
identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or
escalation & include root cause analysis, management communication Good to
have: Angular/Mulesoft/Java.
