JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Department currently runs Enterprise SharePoint 2016 deployed in a
VMWare server environment.

The Department has written several custom .net type applications delivered
through SharePoint and accessed through a Forms Based Authentication (FBA)
security management module.

Share Point Support

Scope of Work

The Department is seeking a resource to:

1. Assist in the maintenance of the existing SharePoint and FBA deployments.

2. Troubleshoot and fix any issues related to SharePoint or FBA.

3. Assist the Department in creating new content in SharePoint.

4. Maintain and update custom SharePoint applications (Electronic Data
Submission App, Data Sign-off and Lock App, Digital Content Repository)

5. Assist in the planning and implementation of the new IAM system.

6. Provide technical guidance in migrating the current SharePoint system
into a cloud based, software as a service (SaaS).

7. Provide technical assistance in replacing the FBA with the new IAM
solution.
