Scrum Master
Remote until local travel restrictions are lifted then on-site in either
Kansas City, MO 64106 or Topeka, KS 66612
Candidates must currently live within 50 miles of 64106 or 66612. If
relocating, must provide a local address to be presented.
Role:
This role is responsible for helping a team or teams understand and
effectively adopt the client?s Delivery Process Framework to deliver all types
and sizes of work. This custom framework is a hybrid of traditional and
iterative methodologies. This role will focus on helping teams understand and
effectively execute Framework meetings and continuous improvements.
The ideal candidate will have all of these requirements:
4+ years in a Scrum Master, IT-Business Analyst, IT-Project Manager, or
IT-Trainer role for IT-Development teams. Agile certification(s) helpful.
Experience in the Scrum Master (or equivalent) role for information
technology teams that was diligently applying Agile values, principles,
practices, and theory.
Knowledge and/or experience with Hybrid Development Methodology
(traditional, Agile, Lean) techniques: Scrum ceremonies, decomposition of work
(Features, User Stories, Tasks), Phase-Gate.
Mandatory Requirements:
Coaching ?
Experience coaching IT Teams (groups larger than 5)
4+ years of demonstrated experience
Can demonstrate a level of expertise based on the above requirements of 4 on
a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the highest
Agile ?
Mindset – Must be able to apply agile mindset to a hybrid environment
3+ years of demonstrated experience
Can demonstrate a level of expertise based on the above requirements of 4 on
a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the highest
Conversation ?
Meeting Facilitator – Experience facilitating conversations and meetings.
4+ years of demonstrated experience
Can demonstrate a level of expertise based on the above requirements of 4 on
a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the highest
