Seeking Analytical Methods Development Scientist with experience developing performance tests for liquid and semisolid dosage forms such as: Creams, Ointments, Lotions, Liquids, Suspensions, Gels, Hydrogels, Pastes, Pump Sprays, Topical Aerosols, Foams, Microencapsulation, Liposomes/Ethosomes, or Suppositories.
Develop In Vitro Release Testing and In Vitro Permeation Testing methods to support formulators developing topical products within Quality by Design principals.
Shall contribute to the following regulatory submission types: New Drug Applications NDAs; Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs) and Abbreviated Antibiotic Drug Applications AADAs.
Should have knowledge of SUPAC-SS and ICH Guidelines.
Analytical methods involved: FT-IR, HPLC/UPLC, LCMS, GCMS, HPCE-MS and SDS-PAGE
