Cloud Engineer

Location: Wilmington, DE

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree or Military Experience

-At least 2+ years’ experience with big data technologies such as Spark,
Hadoop, HDFS

-At least 3+ years of professional experience with data engineering concepts

-At least 3+ years of professional experience in writing software in Python

-At least 3+ year experience on Unix/Shell scripting

Preferred Qualifications:

-2+ years experience with AWS cloud

-3+ years of experience with Unix/Linux systems with scripting experience in
Shell or Perl

-2+ years of experience building data pipelines

-2+ years of automated deployment, CICD experience with tools like Jenkins

-Experience with Restful web/API services, micro-services development,
testing, deployment

-Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or other containerization experience a
plus

-At least 1 year of Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google) development experience

-Experience in spark performance tuning
