Seeking to hire International Real Estate Sales Manager/Team Leads
Attractive Remuneration Package, starting with USD$15,000 monthly excluding commission
Flexible & Remote-based arrangement
You will be working with Australia’s leading real estate developer remotely
Primary role:
– To partner and connect with other International Real Estate Agencies and Agents.
– Hiring the right team members remotely
– Conducting training and workshops and providing mentoring and feedback remotely
– Delegating tasks and setting deadlines remotely
– Overseeing and managing day-to-day team operations
– Monitoring and reporting on progress and metrics
– No direct selling of real estate developments to investors required
