Requires experience with:
Product packaging and processing equipment (bagging, filling, weighing, capping, sealing, shrink wrapping, palletizing, etc.)
Creating electrical drawings and documents including wiring diagrams, schematics, control panel layouts, manuals, etc.
Developing, writing, troubleshooting, and debugging PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI (Human Machine Interface), and Motion Control programs.
PLC packages from major manufacturers (Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE, Fanuc, Omron, etc.).
Integrating, connecting, and troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of machinery with power distribution and controls systems.
