Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of cleaners and janitors
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized
Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
Assist cleaners in performing duties
Establish work schedules and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
Respond to customer complaints and special requests
Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services
