Technician

We are a growing water and mold remediation company seeking a Water Damage Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities of a Water Damage Technician:
· Demolition and removal of non-salvageable structural material
· Water extraction
· Mold remediation
· Contents cleaning and inventorying
· Effectively communicate with customers
· Leadership communication skills and qualities
· Electronic documentation with proprietary software

Requirements of Water Damage Technician:
• Effective oral communication
• Basic math skills
• Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation 24/7
• Ability to work flexible and longer hours during emergency situations
• Be part of a rotating on-call schedule
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
