Position Overview:
Concorde Technical Architect/Concorde Subject Matter Expert to provide support for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Concorde Core Contract

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Research solutions and tools in support of the Concorde Framework and makes recommendations to the government POC
•Provide technical analysis of application requests received from the CIO Front door Project Analysis Worksheet (PAW) process
•Provide solutions to technical issues encountered by Concorde software development teams
•Provide oversight and direction to the Concorde Core Team Lead(s); participates in security activities
•Mitigate security findings
•Serve as liaison with technical representatives from other TC sections
•Act as key presenter at Concorde Developer conferences
•Test new solutions in the Concorde environment
•Mentor team leads on both Core and Concorde development teams
•Demonstrate critical soft skills in terms of professionalism, conduct and execution in a client-facing role
•Ensure all Concorde development teams consistently follow prescribed Concorde development methodologies
•Serve as the system architect for the Concorde Framework on both the App Dev and SQL Server side
•Lead discussions with development teams and customers in the development of new applications and details of data migration efforts, including details of security processes, workflows, data handling and data migration in the Classified, Unclassified, and Sensitive but Unclassified environments
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
•US Citizen
•Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance are preferred
•Minimum of six years of software development experience
•Minimum of six years of web development experience
•Minimum of six years of experience with .NET MVC
•Minimum of six years of experience with Agile development methodologies
•Minimum of two years of experience with .Net Core and/or .Net Standard
•Experience as a system architect for an enterprise scale system having more than 10,000 users and a Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) with more than 500 tables and 100 million total data rows. Resume must document significant contributions to overall system architecture.
•Experience with the configuration of an application disaster recovery option at a geographically separated facility
