Seeking highly experienced controls engineer with BSEE to manage capital projects.
Shall:
Lead initial equipment conceptual development and balance product specifications, process requirements, layout complexity, cost, and lead-time limits.
Design, write, and debug PLC structured text, generating code that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable and reusable.
Create electrical schematics using CAD software.
Lay out new industrial electrical control panels and manage electrical panel build.
Oversee field wiring and installations.
Ensure all designs adhere and comply with all applicable policies and standards, including NFPA79/NEC/UL508A.
Generate HMI screens for complex machinery which provides error logs and other key data to users.
Install and startup systems in manufacturing facilities.
